Theatre at RSU is gearing up for another semester of great shows. Tulsa Boat, Sport & Travel Show Has Begun

It may officially be winter, but outdoor fun for spring is in Tulsa with the Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel Show through Sunday February 3rd. Tulsa’s QuikTrip Center at Expo Square is hosting the week-long 57th annual event. Along with over 150 family friendly exhibits, a variety of reality television stars are also stopping by the show. The RSU Fine Arts Film series presents a pre-DVD viewing of Golden Globe winner for Best Picture, Argo. Based on the true story of the 1979 Iran hostage crisis Argo has won critical acclaim and is being called one of the best films of 2012. Tulsa Indian Art Festival is Coming to Glenpool

Your chance to explore a variety of Indian art is coming to the Glenpool Conference Center February 8th – 10th. The Tulsa Indian Art Festival (TIAF) is celebrating its 27th year with music, dancing, storytelling, and – of course – American Indian art. Dr. Martin Luther King….Remembered

A number of events are scheduled around January 21st as the Claremore-Tulsa market remembers Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. for his beliefs in nonviolent activism and the Civil Rights Movement. Rogers State University in Claremore will kick off the day with an opening ceremony beginning at 10am in the Centennial Center ballroom. The New Year is beginning in a smashing way with the Mad Dog Demolition Derby rolling into town on the 19th. The Claremore Expo Center will be bustling with derby lovers all evening who can expect to see a variety of vehicles taking on the arena with speeds and jumps that will not disappoint.
