Failure

Growing up we all had some wild dream that, as we got older, realized it may not be possible to achieve, but in the back of our minds it’s still there.

Usually different factors go into our realization that it may not be an achievable dream but a common factor is fear. Fear that you may fail at something you’ve always longed to do.

What if something came along that not only encouraged you to set out for your dream, but also encouraged you to fail? That is exactly what Morgan Spurlock and Philip Kiracofe have done with “Failure Club.”

A Failure Club is where people get together and encourage each other to set out for that one thing they’ve always wanted to do but have been too afraid to try. The premise is for the members to experience failure along the way to success; to see failure as acceptable and a necessary obstacle to overcome in anything you do.

Documentarian Morgan Spurlock and partner Philip Kiracofe have put together a Failure Club and are currently chronicling 7 people with goals ranging from stand-up comedy to writing a world famous Christmas song and more.

Along the way, failure is expected, but also overcome.
