Silversun Pickups to Release New Album

Indie-fuzz-rock band, Silversun Pickups announce the upcoming release of their third album, Neck of the Woods. The Los Angeles natives made a buzz on the mainstream scene in 2006 with their debut release, Carnavas, with tracks such as Lazy Eye, which made the top 10 Billboard Modern Rock Charts in 2007, and was also featured in the video game Rock Band.

The band confirms the album’s release date to be May 8th this year. The band also confirms the first single off of the album, titled “Bloody Mary.”

To promote the album, the Silversun Pickups will appear at the 2012 Sasquatch Music Festival, hosted in George, Washington in late May. The single has yet to be released, but when it does you can hear it on 91.3 FM first!
