RSU Radio: Still Playing Grammy Worthy Music

It’s that time of year again. No, not the holiday season, but the 55th Annual Grammy Award nominations!!! Justin Bieber didn’t make the cut! Ha! On a more serious note, this year’s nominations show once again that RSU Radio is doing something right. Why, you may ask? Easy, already feature many of this year’s nominees.

Here’s a quick rundown of the nominee’s for ‘Record of the Year’ and ‘Album of the Year’ categories that we’ve been playing since long before “they got big” in commercial radio.

Record of the Year: The Black Keys / Fun. / Gotye / Frank Ocean (4 out of 5)

Album of the Year: The Black Keys / Fun. / Mumford and Sons / Frank Ocean / Jack White (5 out of 5)

Also worth mentioning is Fun. for Song of the Year as well as Best New Artist nominees The Lumineers, Frank Ocean and who? You guessed it, Fun.
