It’s almost time for the 34th Annual Bluegrass and Chili Festival September 5th, 6th and 7th at the Claremore Expo Center. The weekend of family fun will also feature the Mid-America Regional chili cook-off, an antique tractor pull, an open car show, arts & crafts, dance exhibitions and much more!
Three stages will be set up to feature the sounds of many bluegrass favorites like Rhonda Vincent & The Rage… The Sam Bush Band …The Quebe Sisters Band and Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver.
Festival hours are Thursday 4:00-11:00pm, Friday 11:00 am to 11pm on Saturday. Parking is available, at the Expo Center, for $10 a car load along with plenty of choices for food and drinks. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own lawn chairs while enjoying a number of performers throughout the weekend. For a full schedule of events and artists, go to www.claremore.org.
