Tulsa’s downtown park, Guthrie Green, has taken a few weeks off for some maintenance after the super successful Center of the Universe Festival, but reopened last week for the Brady District’s monthly First Friday Art Crawl. The park has also scheduled plenty of sure to be popular events to round out the summer. Every Thursday night is movie night at the Green and this month’s selections include Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory, Raiders of the Lost Ark, and Grease.

Each Sunday in August will feature area musicians in park concerts. All events at Guthrie Green are free and open to the public.

August 11th: Horton Records Presents Milkdrive, Whirligig, and Jacob Tovar and The Saddle Tramps.

August 18th: Ghosts Along the Brazos, Kristen Hemphill, and more.

August 25th: OCCJ: Tulsa Unites Concert Series
