Charles Bradley Releases Video for “Ain’t It A Sin”

Soulful singer and songwriter Charles Bradley has released a music video for his song “Ain’t It A Sin”. Bradley is making waves with his throwback funk sound, reminiscent of James Brown. The relation to Brown’s style is no coincidence, since Bradley spent some time as a James Brown impersonator in the 90’s.

The singer gained a substantial following from the 2012 film Soul of America. The documentary told the story of Bradley’s early life through his budding career. The debut showing at SXSW started the buildup of interest in Charles Bradley’s signature sound and persona.
