Watch Live Performances of Big Thief’s “Not” and “Cattails”

Big Thief has had a huge year. The New York band released two great albums, U.F.O.F. in May and Two Hands in October. Both albums received critical acclaim, rightfully so.

This morning, Big Thief released videos performing U.F.O.F. track “Cattails” and Two Hands track “Not.” The performances were held live at Bunker Studios in Brooklyn, New York. Their live performances are equally dynamic with each member feeding off of the other. The band beams with visceral intensity, especially during their performance of “Not.” Frontwoman Adianne Lecker’s distinct voice shifts into a raw, hardcore growl.
