RSU Radio will celebrate college radio with the world on Friday October 2nd. Throughout the day we will showcase our diverse selection of programs.
Listen in starting at 9 am for our brand new monthly program, The Vinyl Breakfast. This show will feature your favorite RSU Radio DJs and special guests playing music exclusively from record.
At 10 am hear Native music and news on Native Air with Dr. Hugh Foley.
Gender Journey showcases women who rock, Join your host Hannah on this special hour long episode.
At noon it’s the Top Ten Countdown, with your host Evan looking back at the ten most played and requested artists of the week.
Another debut at 1 pm with Inside Hillcat Nation. The voice of the Hillcats, Josh Haley, talks with coaches and players from across RSU Athletics.
Listen to the real sound of rock n roll on HiFi Hersey at 2 pm. The Reverend Dr. Ray plays the best in underground rock from the 60’s through today.
Tip Toasty brings Rude Boy Radio to the 3 pm timeslot, with reggae, dub, rocksteady, and more.
The sound of certified local music are on Only Oklahoma. Katie brings you the best in Oklahoma artists at 4 pm.
At 5 pm it’s the freshest hour in radio, Fresh Friday. Maria plays true alternative music new to you this week.
All the Swoon Citizens get on board at 6pm for Swoon City. Tucker and Hannah talk romance and play nothing but love songs.
We take an hour to look back at RSU Radio’s Living Room Concert Series at 7 pm. You’ll hear selections from local and national artists performing original sets for you from their living room.
Close out the day with the Friday Rap Up, playing the best in underground hip hop and R&B. You can catch the Rap Up from 8 pm to midnight.
