Concert Couch: Weekly Live Stream Guide – 11/09

todayNovember 9, 2020

Background

We have a couple concert live streams this week, two of which support charities, and one concert documentary premiere! While that’s a little unconventional for this list, it’s still an interesting musician live stream and still provides a more intimate at-home interaction with the musician in question.

mxmtoon – Charity Stream – Sunday, November 15, 3 PM CT – Free

The artist mxmtoon is once again hosting streams on twitch.tv! This week, she’s hosting a free-to-access music charity live stream. The organizations she supports are different every week, but so far she has supported charities like the Malala Fund, F Cancer, California Fire Foundation, The Trevor Project, The LGBTQ Freedom Fund, The 1,000 Dreams Fund, and more. Donating is optional. The tone of her streams is usually fairly relaxed, with her singing some covers and original songs and chatting with fans.

ElouizaBedroom Concert – Friday, November 13, 8 PM CT – Approximately $4-25

See Elouiza this Friday the 13th in a bedroom concert live stream with tickets sold on a pay-what-you-feel basis ranging from about four dollars to twenty five. The proceeds from the concert will be split 50/50 with the charity YWMP, a charity that supports young women in Oxfordshire. Elouiza hopes to celebrate her journey as a transwoman and her experience with womanhood in this intimate bedroom concert.

The Tallest Man on Earth – Documentary Premiere – Thursday, November 12, 9 PM CT – $6.64

The Tallest Man on Earth is hosting a premiere live stream for the Little Red Barn Show concert documentary including live commentary from the artist. There are several merchandise bundles available with tickets to the premiere, and the individual tickets are PWYW ranging from $6.64 minimum to $37.08. The documentary focuses on the journey of transforming his friend’s barn into a music venue in the midst of the pandemic in the summer of 2020.
