The “Hella Mega Tour” just got more Mega

Green Day, Weezer, and Fall Out Boy are back on the road and ready to rock this 2021. The trio originally planned on going on tour starting in March 2020 with the tour announcement occurring by all three of the bands on September 10, 2019. All three of the rock groups even released music projects the same day as that 2019 announcement. Green Day announced their 13th album, a greatest hits album was reported by Fall Out Boy with a new single, and “Van Weezer” was showcased. As known now, this special day for rock would be disrupted by 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic. The delay began with concerts in Asia being postponed with Europe and North America following not soon after. The complete cancellation of the Oceania tour leg, unfortunately, occurred as well.

Thankfully, alongside the release of a new Green Day single titled “Pollyanna”, the rescheduled dates were announced. You can listen to the new song below.

As well as the new single, fans of the bands were delighted to hear that there were some exciting additions to the tour. Two new concert dates of the North America leg of the tour were announced as well as The Interrupters joining the triplet on the tour across the globe.
