King Gizzard Live Concert Film Comes to Tulsa

Circle Cinema and RSU Radio are partnering to present Chunky Shrapnel, the live concert film from King Gizzard & the Lizard Wizard. The film follows the prolific Australian psych band around their 2019 European tour. Viewers will see live performances and backstage footage in Chunky Shrapnel, as well as a showing of the short film Sleeping Monster, which documents the band’s time in studio.

RSU Radio is partnering with the nonprofit Circle Cinema to help present this unique programming on Thursday, June 8. RSU Radio DJs will play music in the Circle Cinema lobby from 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm. The film will start at 7:30 pm. RSU Radio will have tickets to give away on air and on social media. Visit Circle Cinema online for tickets.
