RSU Radio Announces Summer Refresh With New Programs

RSU Radio brings listeners a summer refresh with brand new programming and better timeslots for your current favorites. The five brand new programs add variety and even more personality to the station – from soul to hardcore, and all the freeform freedom in between. Catch these programming changes starting this week.

Spare the Rock Spoil the Child – Mondays 8 p.m.
Listen to indie music for indie kids! Spare the Rock Spoil the Child is an alternative music show made for families to listen together.  

Horton’s Heavy Communion – Moving to Tuesday 8 p.m.
Rock out to your favorite heavy metal program two hours earlier! Join Brian Horton from 8 to 10 on Tuesdays. 

Recurrent Streams – Wednesdays at 5 pm
Revisiting 2000s college radio favorites with host KO. Recurrent Streams plays the best indie and alternative from the past 20 years!

UpFront Soul – Wednesdays 9 p.m.
UpFront Soul plays soulful sounds to boogie down to! Host Sanguine Fromage serves up the best of funk, soul, and jazz Wednesday evening from 9 to 11.

Strange Currency – Thursdays 4 p.m.
Freeform favorites from the past, present, and future. Why play just one genre when everything is good? Tune in for two hours of variety Thursday afternoons from 4-6.

WORMCAKE – Thursdays 9 p.m.
DJ Sweet Baby Jaysus plays a mix of punk and heavy music. Listen to some obscure artists and get weird with it Thursday from 9-10.

Her Voice – Moving to Saturday 5 p.m.
Women are taking over the weekend! Listen to Her Voice on Saturday evenings with Sky from 5 to 6.
