Dive into the world of The Silmarillion through sound with Feanor’s newest album – HellHammer.

Feanor is an Argentinian heavy metal band formed in 1996. Today, comprising of six members, the band is known for its heavy guitar riffs and music steeped in mythology and folklore. Named after a character from Tolkien’s The Silmarillion, the band’s music pays homage to the fantasy genre with songs that surround epic battles and mythic beings.

Their newest album, HellHammer, is out today via No Remorse Records. You can listen on YouTube or wherever you stream music. Rounding out their discography with a fifth full-length album, HellHammer promises to be their heaviest sound yet – all the while staying true to the band’s fantasy theme.

Originally comprised of four members, the band underwent frequent member changes. Their first demo cassette, En Alas de Tempestad (On the Wings of a Storm) released in 1998 with another demo, Esto es Para Vos, out the subsequent year. Their first full-length album, however, would not be released until 2005. In the years since then, the band has released five full-length albums and a plethora of singles, EPs, and splits.
