Local Bands Take Stage

RSU Radio 91.3 FM always enjoys hearing and promoting the local bands in the Oklahoma music scene. Local music is not only a “corner stone” of RSU Radio, but in fact, a community among itself.

This Friday, you can show your support for many of the local bands downtown at the IDL Ballroom during the Urban Tulsa Weekly’s “NewVo Showcase 2012.”

Rising local rock bands such as the “Fiddlebacks”, “The Bourgeois”, “Harvinger”, “Dirty Creek Bandits”,” Eric Himan”, and “We The Ghost” are just a few of the bands that will be playing.

Doors open at 7 and admission is free but you must be over 18.

Supporting local music is a great way to bring a community closer together, and to have a great time as well.
