Heathyr Chenoweth: Seasoned City

RSU alumna Heathyr Chenoweth is doing big things in the art world. The third installment of her “Seasoned City” series opens on Friday the 15th at Circle Cinema in downtown Tulsa. Chenoweth’s newest exhibit features hot rod paintings. A few of the pieces were created using a technique she’s began experimenting with – paper collages. Chenoweth says these are “never-before-seen paintings hot off the easel,” and 15% of sales will support Circle Cinema. Run with your Sweetheart and Fleet Feet

Fun with your Valentine doesn’t end after the 14th passes. Fleet Feet’s annual Sweetheart Run keeps your heart pounding on Saturday the 16th in downtown Tulsa. The fun begins at the Fleet Feet Blue Dome at 7:45 in the morning with a 5k run. A 10k race and a fun run/walk will follow. It may officially be winter, but outdoor fun for spring is in Tulsa with the Tulsa Boat, Sport and Travel Show through Sunday February 3rd. Winterfest Continues in Downtown Tulsa

Winterfest continues its fifth year in downtown Tulsa. Unusually warm weather lead to the cancellation of a week’s worth of activities, but cool temperatures have brought the event back to life.
