Arsenic & Old Lace

RSU Theatre presents Arsenic and Old Lace beginning Thursday the 18th at Will Rogers Auditorium. Arsenic and Old Lace follows Mortimer Brewster as he deals with dark family obstacles in a humorous way. The play, written by Joseph Kesselring in 1939, runs Thursday the 18th through Saturday at 7:07 pm and on Sunday at 2:07 pm. Grazzhopper (Cody Brewer) dropped by recently to play a song for us! Check out his performance of "Still Left to Roam" HERE! He will also be performin at the Easter Island Music Festival taking place April 11-13th in Keetonville, OK. Tulsa Youth Symphony: Spring Serenade

Monday May 6th the Tulsa Youth Symphony will present their annual Spring Serenade. The performance will include both the Concert Orchestra conducted by Pete Peterson and the Symphony Orchestra conducted by Ronald Wheeler and Richard Wagner. The two orchestras are composed of 160 students from various public, private, and home schools throughout northeast Oklahoma. RSU Easter Egg Hunt is back on!

Saturday’s scheduled Easter Egg Hunt was cancelled due to early morning rains…but not to worry,the Easter Bunny and RSU’s Student Government Association are working together to get all 3,000 eggs hidden so they will be ready for all the fun on Saturday, April 6th at 11am. In addition to hunting for eggs, kids can also enjoy the carnival rides and prize raffles. This event is open to the public.

RSU is growing…again!

Rogers State University is building again…and this time, it’s a dining hall for students. The 17,000 square foot two-story building will include an open dining space with the capacity to serve up to 1,000 students. The OU Board of Regents recently approved the $4.9 million dollar project, which is being funded through donations, university funds and proceeds from revenue bonds issued through the Oklahoma Finance Development Authority.
